Lise is a skilled facilitator and coach, experienced in working with many different cultures, ages, backgrounds and organisations. People often find themselves telling Lise things they have not told anyone else without knowing why. She inspires immediate trust and openness with people, and can hold safe ground to support peoples self development and transformation.
Lise draws her ground, spirit and resilience from practicing Vedic meditation, centering in alignment with her purpose, and 5 rhythms dance, to name a few. She has studied the philosophy of yoga, some of the Vedas, compassionate communication, and done many a yoga and meditation retreat herself.
She is a certified Somatic Coach and a trainer with the Strozzi Institute. She does this alongside consulting work and guiding retreats.
Lise has 15 years of experience as an enabler of cross-sector and cross-cultural dialogue. She has worked in agriculture, development, environmental campaigning, learning, with the private sector, the United Nations, NGOs and governments.
Lise served as the founding CEO of the Better Cotton Initiative. She has an Masters in Responsibility in Business Practice, and many years of international leadership experience in sustainable development.

LeeAnn Mallorie is the Founder & CEO of Leading in Motion. LeeAnn helps leaders and organizations bring their big visions forward by truly walking their talk. She has over 12 years of experience as an executive coach, speaker, and dynamic meeting facilitator.
LeeAnn is passionate about helping innovators - especially women - level up their leadership and steward initiatives that serve the greater good. Her women’s program “Be the Change” bridges the gap between leadership and resilience.
LeeAnn now works with a wide range of companies from non-profits and NGOs to innovative start-ups and large, publicly traded organizations. Organizations impacted by her work include Nasa, Mattel, M&T Bank, Capital One, Zymergen, InstaMed, Navair, and the Clark Foundation. LeeAnn is a graduate of the University of Pennsylvania Masters of Applied Positive Psychology program, and is a trainer for The Strozzi Institute and Thrive Global.
Outside the workplace, LeeAnn draws on a lifetime of study in dance, music, and somatics to create beauty and community. She is a collaborative voice improviser, solo dance performer, certified Sound Healer, Nia Technique Instructor and Dancing Freedom Facilitator.
