A 12 week coaching program to cultivate your life too
In my 20 years of practice I have worked with and for leaders who are so deeply connected to their mission, that they forget to connect with themselves. They forget to ask,
- How am I?
- What do I need to sustain this important work?

How does it work?
If you decide you want to work with me, we will enter into a coaching agreement for 12 sessions.
I will send you a template for this.
Each session is 1 hour long, and we will meet on Zoom. I will send you the link each time.
In between each session you will be practicing and you may have some ‘homework’ to complete before our next session.
You can complete this programme in 12 weeks, with a session every week, or we can go slower. We can also change the pace as we go, weekly, every 2 weeks or monthly. We will find a dynamic that suits your life.
If you pay upfront for all 12 sessions, it is $1600.
If you pay in installments, it is $150 per session, due the day before or after the session.
We don’t want cost to be a barrier for you, so if you earn less than USD 34,000 a year we can work something out.
